"Become a Design Thinker" Podcast

"We integrate Design Thinking with different management concepts to apply Design Thinking in our daily work and life scenario." Dr. Wallace

"Become a Design Thinker" podcast is to serve people who are at a crossroads in their lives; who have honed their skills in the first half of their journey; who believe they can continue to contribute to society and create positive impacts on people; but who feel pushed by daily life into a vulnerable position, where they are unsure how to make a change and what to do next.

Like a Quilter, you can sew fragmented ideas into meaningful patterns. The pattern tells the stories of the quilter, about the self-discovery journey, about freedom, and about the community they serve. If you start to look into your stories, you can discover something hidden or forgotten, but something you can reinvent to become something you are good at, your skills, something you can apply in your arena and give new meanings to your neighbour.

In this episode, we will use a quilter metaphor to discuss how we can connect the dots in our fragmented stories in the past by finding meaning patterns within.

An enjoyable listen!

I really enjoyed listening to Dr Wallace at first it was a little difficult to understand him and his trailer was a bit over modulated. but he has gotten his audio under control. I like his episodes because they are short and concise and it’s a great listen for a jog or a nice walk. Dr Wallace has a wide range of topics that are all relatable and many of them have given me something to think about as I go about my daily life. thank you Dr Wallace!
